62-year-old Caucasian female. She complained of heavy upper eyelids affecting reading at work. She also disliked the appearance of bags under the eyes.
Procedures: Bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Cosmetic bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Cosmetic left upper eyelid nevus shave removal.
