Patient Code of Conduct
NAVA Face & Eye
At NAVA Face & Eye, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and team. We ask all individuals to conduct themselves in a manner that supports the comfort, dignity, and safety of others.
The following behaviors are not permitted:
• Possession of firearms or any weapon
• Physical assault, arson or inflicting bodily harm
• Throwing objects
• Climbing on furniture
• Making verbal threats to harm another individual or destroy property
• Intentionally damaging equipment or property
• Theft
• Making menacing gestures
• Attempting to intimidate or harass other individuals
• Making harassing, offensive, or intimidating statements, or threats of violence through phone calls, letters, voicemail, email, or other forms of written, verbal or electronic communication
• Racial or cultural slurs or other derogatory remarks associated with, but not limited to, race, language, or sexuality
Adults are expected to supervise children in their care.
If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please notify a staff member immediately. Individuals who engage in prohibited conduct may be asked to leave the premises and may be discharged from the practice.
