No-Show & Cancellation Policy
NAVA Face & Eye
At NAVA Face & Eye, we are committed to providing timely, high-quality care to all patients. Missed appointments and late cancellations limit our ability to accommodate others in need. To ensure access and efficiency, the following policy applies:
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Patients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be asked to reschedule. If the appointment cannot be accommodated, the cancellation fee may apply.
PAYMENT & BILLING
Cancellation and no-show fees are the patient’s responsibility and are not billable to insurance. Outstanding fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
EXCEPTIONS
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration, please contact our office at 208-285-6282 to discuss a possible fee waiver.
