With 30 years of experience in the dental field, Michele began as a dental assistant and ascended to the role of Regional Director of Operations for practices nationwide. Over two decades, she honed leadership skills and managed the business side of operations. Michele brings a multifaceted approach to her role, driven by a commitment to listening to patients' concerns, instilling confidence, and fostering positive transformations in Oculoplastic surgery.

Joining Nava Face & Eye, Michele appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding individuals and connect with some of the nicest people in Idaho. Originally from Central CA, Michele has circled back to Idaho, with a stint in Colorado, accumulating diverse experiences that contribute to her well-rounded perspective.

Michele is propelled by values of kindness, honesty, and loyalty, reflected not only in her professional endeavors but also in her personal life. Outside of work, Michele finds joy in watching and attending hockey games, spending quality time with family outdoors, especially on the lake during summers. Married to her husband Duane since 1997, they prioritize creating memories through travel over material possessions.

Carli grew up in both Montana and Idaho and returned to settle in Idaho in 2008. She values compassion and patience and has always been driven by feeling the need to help others. Carli brings over seven years of client service, child caretaking, daycare teaching, and medical reception experience to NAVA.

Carli feels very rewarded to help our Oculofacial Surgery patients improve both their quality of life and confidence. She most enjoys working alongside our collaborative team of staff.

Outside of work, Carli can be found with her family. She recommends the book Bridge to Haven by Francine Rivers. She is a mom and loves spending time with her two young kiddos. 

Jasmynn W.

Jasmynn is an Idaho native and grew up in the Treasure Valley. She values integrity, courage and compassion. Jasmynn brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the medical field to NAVA. She holds an Associates in Science for Surgical Technology. Her journey through medical reception, the operating room, laboratory, dialysis clinic and ophthalmology allowed her to find a passion in direct patient care.
 
Jasmynn finds great satisfaction in being part of the process leading to correcting our patients' issues, that “is why I come to work every day.” At NAVA, she most enjoys getting to work with an incredible team all driven for success within ourselves and for our patients.
 
Outside of work you will find Jasmynn spending time with her three sons and family and her Aussie-Border Collie dog Leo. You can catch this lifelong learner reading or listening to anything educational. She can also be found enjoying a concert or the outdoors.

Originally from Georgia, Dawn has traversed through Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and now calls Idaho home. Armed with an Aesthetics degree, Dawn has previously contributed to laser clinics and med spas.

Dawn is a dedicated Oculoplastic Surgery enthusiast with a passion for enhancing patients' self-esteem and confidence. With a year of experience as an Ophthalmic eye technician, Dawn brings valuable insights to the field.

At Nava Face & Eye, Dawn finds fulfillment collaborating with Dr. Vargason and the team. The friendly atmosphere fosters a sense of family and connection. Driven by a strong work ethic, Dawn thrives in an office setting, excelling in tasks and contributing to overall growth. Beyond work, Dawn is an avid whitewater kayaker, finding joy in family time, exploration, hiking, and adventure.

With certification as a CMA and leadership experience as Clinic Lead in an OB/GYN practice, Kassie brings valuable clinical expertise and a passion for patient care to NAVA Face & Eye. Kassie’s background in healthcare has given her a deep understanding of patient needs and a strong sense of accountability.

Since joining NAVA, Kassie has enjoyed the opportunity to explore a new specialty and collaborate with a dedicated team, learning the unique aspects of Oculoplastic surgery along the way.

Originally from Idaho Falls, Kassie moved to Nampa after working at a Neurosurgeon's office, embracing new challenges and experiences at NAVA. Kassie's values of loyalty and accountability are central to both their professional and personal life.

Outside of work, Kassie loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two kids, and their dog. They enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and attending car shows, especially in the beautiful Idaho summers.

Hailing from Emmett, ID, Shelly embarked on a global journey in the medical field, contributing to surgeries worldwide. In 2023, she returned to Idaho, prioritizing family connections.

Shelly holds a diverse range of experiences, from being a Surgical Technician and Ophthalmic Technician to serving as an Emergency Medical Assistant (EMT). Her passion for correcting patients' issues in Oculoplastic surgery is evident, reflecting a commitment to positive transformations.

What Shelly values about working at Nava Face & Eye is the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Driven by values of integrity and compassion, Shelly is not only dedicated to her work but also finds joy in reading, painting, and outdoor activities when not at the forefront of medical excellence.
