Carli grew up in both Montana and Idaho and returned to settle in Idaho in 2008. She values compassion and patience and has always been driven by feeling the need to help others. Carli brings over seven years of client service, child caretaking, daycare teaching, and medical reception experience to NAVA.

Carli feels very rewarded to help our Oculofacial Surgery patients improve both their quality of life and confidence. She most enjoys working alongside our collaborative team of staff.

Outside of work, Carli can be found with her family. She recommends the book Bridge to Haven by Francine Rivers. She is a mom and loves spending time with her two young kiddos. 

Jessica A.

Jessica is a Treasure Valley native, born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho. She values honesty, loyalty, hard work and authenticity. Jessica developed a strong client service background as a barista. She then discovered the world of eyes and brought over three years of ophthalmology, oculofacial surgery & clinic leadership experience to NAVA.
 
Jessica takes great pride in helping our oculofacial surgery patients see better and feel more comfortable, with the added benefit of looking like a younger, refreshed version of themselves. At NAVA, she most enjoys her teammates and the patients she takes care of.
 
Outside of work you will find Jessica listening to the “Murder, Mystery & Makeup” podcast, or watching Breaking Bad or The Office. She recommends reading The Book Thief. She can also be found spending time with her husband and their dog, traveling, being outdoors and watching a good movie.

Jasmynn W.

Jasmynn is an Idaho native and grew up in the Treasure Valley. She values integrity, courage and compassion. Jasmynn brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the medical field to NAVA. She holds an Associates in Science for Surgical Technology. Her journey through medical reception, the operating room, laboratory, dialysis clinic and ophthalmology allowed her to find a passion in direct patient care.
 
Jasmynn finds great satisfaction in being part of the process leading to correcting our patients' issues, that “is why I come to work every day.” At NAVA, she most enjoys getting to work with an incredible team all driven for success within ourselves and for our patients.
 
Outside of work you will find Jasmynn spending time with her three sons and family and her Aussie-Border Collie dog Leo. You can catch this lifelong learner reading or listening to anything educational. She can also be found enjoying a concert or the outdoors.
