With certification as a CMA and leadership experience as Clinic Lead in an OB/GYN practice, Kassie brings valuable clinical expertise and a passion for patient care to NAVA Face & Eye. Kassie’s background in healthcare has given her a deep understanding of patient needs and a strong sense of accountability.

Since joining NAVA, Kassie has enjoyed the opportunity to explore a new specialty and collaborate with a dedicated team, learning the unique aspects of Oculoplastic surgery along the way.

Originally from Idaho Falls, Kassie moved to Nampa after working at a Neurosurgeon's office, embracing new challenges and experiences at NAVA. Kassie's values of loyalty and accountability are central to both their professional and personal life.

Outside of work, Kassie loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two kids, and their dog. They enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and attending car shows, especially in the beautiful Idaho summers.

With certification as a Medical Assistant and experience in Occupational Medicine and Behavioral & Mental Health, Vanessa brings a well-rounded skill set to NAVA Face & Eye. Her background has given her a solid foundation in patient care and a deep understanding of adaptability.

Since joining NAVA, Vanessa has loved the welcoming and supportive environment, where teamwork and learning are at the forefront. She is excited to grow her expertise in Oculoplastic Surgery and help patients through their recovery journeys, especially in reducing post-surgical swelling.

Originally from Heyburn, Idaho, Vanessa moved to Boise in her teenage years. After completing cosmetology school, she realized her true passion was in healthcare and earned her Medical Assistant certification from Milan Institute.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her kids and embracing the outdoors whenever possible. Whether camping, exploring, or simply soaking in the beauty of Idaho, she finds joy in making lasting memories with her family.

With experience as a receptionist in a busy dermatology clinic, Aylin brings strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a welcoming presence to NAVA Face & Eye. Her background in a high-volume setting has given her the ability to support patients with ease while keeping the front office running smoothly.

Since joining NAVA, Aylin has enjoyed being part of a positive, team-oriented environment and contributing to a patient experience that feels both seamless and supportive. She values helping patients navigate concerns that impact their daily lives, such as droopy eyelids or visual obstruction, so they can feel more comfortable and confident.

Aylin is guided by empathy, compassion, family, and loyalty—values that shape both her work and relationships. She appreciates the welcoming culture at NAVA and the opportunity to grow within a specialty focused on meaningful, functional outcomes.

Outside of work, Aylin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending hot sculpt and Pilates classes, and visiting the farmers market. She also enjoys suspenseful thrillers like Behind Closed Doors by B.A. Paris and unwinding with episodes of The Office.
