She and her staff are Very informative on this whole process, insurance, fallow ups appts and coordination of haveing this procedure done on same day with both Doctors. I had cancer on my eyelid. I got it removed by ADA Dematalogy, Dr. Thore. He removed this off my eyelid, then Dr. Vargason put it back together All in same day. Could not ask for better Professional experience from both offices, as She, her office made this happen all in One day two different procedures at Two different locations. I did have a couple of Loggistical problems that I presented to her Dr. Vargason, and somehow she made it All happen for my Benefit.If you need a Great Plastic Sergon, she is it and definitely for me, family or friends.One thing to remember, is that I am 60 years old, so she had some Work to do as far as this repair to match my other eyelid and face. Caroline Vargason came highly recommended from Dr. Barrett. She, and her staff certainly lived up to the referral. I had an excellent visit. She was extremely professional, yet explained all procedures to me so I could understand (I am in my late 70's) exactly what procedures needed to be done. She completed the biopsy quickly, with no discomfort to me. I certainly recommend her to anyone needing eye care.
Her determination to solve the mystery.
Dr. Vargason and her team are wonderful. I went in for lid muscle surgery and ended up needing an extra surgery. Dr. Vargason was unaware at the time that I have a rare antibody that is attacking my eye muscles. She had the foresight to send me to a neurologist for further testing. If it was not for her determination to solve the mystery I may very well have never known. My surgeries went well with no complications.

I've seen upwards of 100 doctors over the last 25 years...
Dr. Vargason is the absolute greatest doctor surgeon from whom I've had the distinct honor of receiving first-hand care several times. I've seen upwards of 100 doctors over the last 25 years all across the medical spectrum, seeking treatments for a wide variety of issues related to a rare vascular condition called GPA. When I developed a very complicated tear duct problem, other eye doctors couldn't or wouldn't do anything for me. Dr. Vargason didn't hesitate in saying yes there was something we could do, I'd have to do a few procedures leading up to it and we'd need an ENT for half of the final procedure but yes we can do this. For each leg of the journey, Dr. Vargason walked me through what we were going to do and skillfully addressed all my questions. She took pictures for my insurance and I felt reassured we'd have no issues there. Every procedure has been completed successfully now, and the one time after surgery I needed some extra assistance, she was there on a Sunday morning to answer my call. Her work has vastly improved my daily quality of life and I can't overstate how critical her own personal level of knowledge, care, and dedication contributed to making all of this happen for me. Dr. Vargason, sincerely thank you for everything.
