Dr. Vargason’s Education

Dr. Vargason attended College at the University of Chicago for her undergraduate degree before heading to UCLA for her medical and doctorate degrees. She completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at UC Irvine Medical Center and then went on to complete a residency in ophthalmology at The Vanderbilt Eye Institute.

A Proud Idaho Transplant

In 2018 Dr. Vargason moved with her family to Boise, Idaho. Since moving to the area, she has been passionate about delivering patient-focused oculoplastic surgery care to her new community. She decided to open her own practice in order to better serve her community, and in 2020, her practice, Nava Face & Eye, was born.

At Nava Face & Eye, Dr. Vargason focuses on treating the eyelids, tear drainage system, and eye sockets. She also provides a range of cosmetic procedures to enhance the eyes and face.
